H.E. The Consul General met with Evelio Vázquez, the Head of The Civil Police (Guardia Urbana). 

The meeting discussed ways of cooperation between the General Consulate of the State of Qatar in Barcelona and the Civil Police ,  as well as the services that the Civil Police provide to the citizens , and foreigners.
