What not to do:

  • The passport must be handed over to any person in Spain, on the grounds that he is a member of the security forces or police, without ascertaining his identity.

  • Children should not be left alone in places of celebration, large markets or commercial centers.
  • Refrain from some dangerous places in Spain (popular neighborhoods, some areas late at night, etc.).
  • Do not allow security services in the host country to inspect the place of residence without permission from the competent authority.
