In the process of strengthening the security relations between the General Consulate of The State of Qatar in Barcelona and the National Police in Catalonia . H.E , Mr. Eisa Bin Jaber Al Kuwari  met Mr. José Antonio Togores , the head of the high administration of the National Police in Catalonia. Both sides discussed mutual cooperation in fields of security between the General Consulate and the High Administration of the National Police in Catalonia , in terms of protecting the safety of the Qatari citizens and meeting their interests.
